About Us

The Presser Foot first opened its doors in December of 2001 in Longmont, Colorado. It is co-owned by Melody Munson and Teresa Creech. Both they and their staff have a passion for sewing and sharing the techniques and tools that enable others to enjoy creating with their machines.

Melody and Teresa began with a vision of providing customers in Northern Colorado a source to purchase Bernina Sewing Machines and life-long services to them. Initially these services included classes on the use of Bernina machines, threads software and designs for Embroidery machines as well as service and repair of All Machines. They now include specialty classes, embroidery designs and software for all brands of machines.

Because of the overwhelming response, in November 2004, a second shop was opened in Fort Collins, Colorado. Like the one in Longmont, this shop also provides the best products, services and support available.

We have been a member of Bernina's Century Club since 2003.  We were also awarded Bernina District Z Dealer of the Year award for 2004.
