We have a Bernina factory trained, full time, technician who works on-site at both locations.

Machines may be dropped off at either the Longmont or Fort Collins store and will be given the attention they deserve.  

For our customers who live more than an hour away, same day service is available, with an appointment, for an additional fee.  Appointments must be made a week in advance.
