Temporary Store Changes Due to Coronavirus



We are OPEN!  We have resumed our regular store hours which are Monday through Saturday from 10am to 5pm, Thursday 10am to 6pm..

We will continue to ship your pre-paid orders by phone or email, or have them waiting for you to pick up at the door if you prefer. (Shipping fees are additional.)

We are aware that the CDC has updated their recommendations regarding wearing masks. Some of our fully vaccinated staff members may no longer choose to wear masks while working. We ask that if you are not fully vaccinated, please continue to wear your mask while you are in our stores. You MUST wear your mask properly (it must cover your mouth AND your nose, at the same time) if you are shopping or taking a class in our stores. If you are sick or suspect you are sick, PLEASE STAY HOME.

We have resumed teaching in-person Owner's Classes.

You MUST register for all classes in advance—due to limited seating for each class, we cannot accommodate "drop in" registration on the day of the class at this time. If you are not fully vaccinated, you MUST wear a mask at all times while you are taking a class in our store and it MUST cover your mouth AND your nose at the same time. While you are waiting to take your owner's classes, or if you feel more comfortable learning at home, the Bernina website and YouTube are great resources for you to get started. Our service and repair department is open! Current wait time is approximately 2-3 weeks. We service and repair machines on a first come, first served basis (we do not schedule appointments and we do not offer same day service).
