Temporary Store Changes Due to COVID

We are OPEN!  We continue with our regular store hours, Monday through Saturday from 10am to 5pm, Thursday 10am to 6pm.

We will continue to ship your pre-paid orders by phone or email, or have them waiting for you to pick up at the door if you prefer. (Shipping fees are additional.)

In compliance with Boulder county mandates, as of 5pm on Friday, September 3, 2021, you must wear a mask at all times when you are in indoors. This means you must wear a mask at all times when you are in our stores, regardless of whether you are fully vaccinated or not. Your mask must completely cover your mouth AND NOSE at all times. If you are sick or suspect you are sick, STAY HOME. DO NOT COME INTO OUR STORES IF YOU ARE SICK or have knowledge of being exposed to COVID. We have staff members who are immunocomprimised—PLEASE help us minimize their exposure, and help us continue to keep our store open for you!

We have resumed teaching in-person Owner's Classes.

You MUST register for all classes in advance—due to limited seating for each class, we cannot accommodate "drop in" registration on the day of the class at this time. You MUST wear a mask at all times while you are taking a class in our store and it MUST cover your mouth AND your nose at the same time, regardless of whether you are fully vaccinated or not. Thank you for your cooperation! Please call the store you would like to take your class at and register in advance. While you are waiting to take your owner's classes, or if you feel more comfortable learning at home, the Bernina website and YouTube are great resources for you to get started. You can ALWAYS call us or email us and for most questions you may have, we can help you over the phone. We also have some exciting virtual learning opportunities now available! Our service and repair department is open! Current wait time is approximately 2-3 weeks. We service and repair machines on a first come, first served basis (we CANNOT schedule appointments and we cannot offer same day service due to the high demand for service and repairs). If you have specific questions about your machine or service, or what to bring with your machine to have it serviced, please visit the Machine Repair and Service page.
