Temporary Store Changes Due to Coronavirus

We are OPEN!  In order to comply with state regulations for reduced staff and hours for retail businesses, our temporary store hours are Monday through Saturday from 10am to 3pm

To maintain proper social distancing, we are allowing two customers in the store at a time. We are asking that you call the store and make an appointment to demo machines. When you call or email to make your appointment, please let us know which machines you'd like to demo so that we can set them up for you ahead of time. You do not need to make an appointment to shop—however, if there are already 2 customers in the store, we will lock the front door until someone leaves. If the door is locked when you arrive, please knock—we will let you know if you need to wait until someone leaves or if you can come in and shop right away. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

We will continue to ship your pre-paid orders by phone or email, or have them waiting for you to pick up at the door if you prefer.

 

Our staff wear masks and are sanitizing surfaces in the store for your safety and ours. You MUST wear a mask if you are shopping in our stores. Our restrooms are currently not available for public use. If you are sick or suspect you are sick, PLEASE STAY HOME.

All classes remain cancelled through July. We will evaluate how to resume classes in August if possible with the appropriate safety measures in place. If you have recently purchased a machine from us, we know you want to get started using your new machine as soon as possible—thank you for your patience! While you are waiting to take your owner's classes, the Bernina website and YouTube are great resources for you to get started at home. You can also call us or email us and for most questions you may have, we can help you over the phone.

Our technical department is OPEN. However, in order to comply with the current state regulations for reduced staff and hours for retail businesses, we are operating at slightly less than half our normal capacity for service and repairs. We are SWAMPED with machines right now. We are asking you to PLEASE WAIT if your machine needs routine maintenance—just keep cleaning and oiling the parts you usually do until we are caught up enough to accept machines again for annual services. If your machine is not functioning and you need a repair, you may call us before you bring it in so that we can check it in over the phone ahead of time to expedite the drop off. Please note that repairs are currently taking up to 3 to 4 weeks. We appreciate your patience and we are doing our best to get your machine back to you as quickly as we can.
