Are you new to OESD Virtual Embroidery Events? Here's what to expect!

 

On the day of the event, OESD will email registered participants 2 hours before the event with a link to watch the event live and a final reminder.

​

During the event, OESD will answer your questions in the chat and their support and education teams are available. If you have questions after the event, you can email OESD at support@oesd.com if you need help shopping or have questions about products, etc.

​

One hour after the event, OESD will email a link to watch the recorded event to all registered participants. This email will include a 25% off coupon code and a reminder that you have 24 hours to watch and shop before the code and page are deactivated.

24 hours after the event, your coupon code will deactivate and the event page will no longer be published / accessible.
